Discount Codes
- The discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- It can only be used via our website: www.watchnation.com
- If the code is specific to a certain item/brand, it can only be used against that item/brand, whilst stocks last.
- The discount code may not be used against items currently on sale or purchases already made.
- The discount code cannot be applied to price match requests.
- The discount code is limited to one use per user per product unless prior agreement with WatchNation
- WatchNation reserve the right to amend, change or cancel this discount code at any time.
Gift Card
Gift vouchers will be enclosed with your purchase. These will be made up in denominations of £5 upwards.
Love to Shop gift card incentives exclude any price match or make an offer purchase.
Should you wish to return your watch within your 30 day return period please note that the value of the Gift Vouchers will be deducted from your refund value. Standard t&c also apply to these returns with regards to as new condition & all original packaging.
In the unlikely event that your watch has a fault and needs to be returned for a manufacturer warranty we will retain the right to in the first instance exchange your item.

Our Contract with You
Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process. Alternatively, you can request that a member of our customer services team places an order on your behalf, over the phone.
We shall assign an order number to your order and inform you of this in the Order Confirmation. Please quote the order number in all subsequent correspondence with us relating to your order.
- An email acknowledging we have received your order (“Order Confirmation“) stating that the order is being processed by our system
- An email to notify you that your order has been dispatched.
When you submit your order and receive an Order Confirmation from us, this does not mean that we have accepted your order, this only means that the order has been successfully received into our system. Following Order Confirmation, we will undertake validity and verification checks. Subject to receiving clear results from such checks, a contract will come into existence between you and us and we will provide you with an email to confirm that the product has been dispatched.
We may send you an email or call you to say that we do not accept your order. This is typically for the following reasons:
- The Goods are not available
- We cannot obtain authorisation of your payment
- We are unable to meet your requested delivery date
- It fails our quality checks
- There has been an error by us in the pricing or description of the goods.
If we are unable to supply you with the item, for example because the item is not in stock or are no longer available, we will inform you of this by email and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the item, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.
The images of the watches/jewellery on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the products accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the item. The item delivered to you may vary slightly from those images.
Please note: we will not accept abusive behaviour or profane and aggressive language aimed at our staff. We reserve the right to cease communication with any person(s) who engages in this sort of activity across any medium.
Price
The price of the item will be as shown on our website at the time we confirm your order. Our prices include VAT at the current valid rate. UK VAT is charged to all shipping locations in the EU, with the exception of France, Germany, Italy and Spain where local VAT is charged. In the United States your local & state tax will be calculated at point of entering your address & added to your order.
For other destinations, such as UAE, no VAT is due but the price you pay remains the same.
The price of the item does not include delivery charges, which will be notified to you during the checkout process and before you confirm your order.
Any promotional prices or deals are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Incorrect Pricing
We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of the item(s) are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. However, it is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the Item on our website may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices as part of our dispatch procedure.
If the item(s) correct price is higher than the price stated on our website, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the item(s) at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you via email.
If the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing, we do not have to provide the item to you at the incorrect (lower) price.
Price Increases
Our prices change daily. Generally, we release new prices on a schedule however, we may also update prices during working hours.
All manufacturers generally have price increases throughout the year, due to increases in manufacturing costs and inflation. While we try to absorb as much of these costs ourselves, these price increases are unavoidable. We always aim to notify customers of pending price increases on the product details page.
We do not have control over prices listed on external sites, including Google cached listings, shopping feeds or any other site. We are not obliged to provide products for any price which is listed on an external site. We do not have control of the rate at which search engines crawl our site, and therefore the information in the search results may not be indicative of up to date prices.
Payment
We accept most common forms of electronic payment including but not limited to VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, and PayPal. Any charges for payments by credit card will be added to the total order amount and notified to you before you place an order.
Payment is taken from your card when the Item are dispatched to you. When using PayPal to pay for the Item, your payment may be instant and we will be unable to delay this until the time of dispatch.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We may also need to use extra security steps through Verified by Visa, Mastercard®SecureCode.
We reserve the right to reject a payment or order that we feel is at risk or could be fraudulent. In this instance the price will be refunded using the same payment method and you will be contacted and offered the opportunity to pay by another means or to cancel your order.
Delivery of Item
Please note that timescales for delivery and delivery charges will vary depending on your delivery address and the availability of the Item. Delivery charges will be notified to you when you place your order. For more information regarding the delivery timescales and charges that apply to your order, please see our Delivery Policy.
If you would like your purchase to be delivered to an address in an EU member state other than the UK, Germany, France, Italy or Spain, the delivery service will be provided to you by WatchNation Ltd. WatchNation Ltd use the Royal Mail and DHL.
Next day delivery is available on all orders placed within the UK, however, delivery to the following locations may take 2 working days:

- Edinburgh
- Inverness
- Glasgow
- Belfast
- Isle of Man
- Guernsey
- Jersey
- Plymouth
- Truro
Reporting Visual Damage / Defects
Customer Obligation: The customer is required to promptly notify us within 48 hours of the delivery in case any visual defect is discovered in the received product
Exceptions at Discretion: In certain exceptional circumstances, we may consider claims for visual defects reported after the specified 48-hour period, at our sole discretion.
Dispatch Team Assurance: To ensure your satisfaction, our dispatch team comprises experienced and trained personnel who conduct thorough pre-dispatch operational tests on all watches.
HD CCTV Coverage: Our dispatch area is equipped with High-Definition Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras to guarantee that the right item is sent in the correct condition.
Additional Visual Records: For added reassurance, we may maintain additional photographs or videos of many watches to demonstrate that the item was dispatched without defects and in the intended condition.
Please be sure to adhere to these terms and conditions to facilitate a smooth resolution in case of any visual defects in the delivered product.
Parcel Inspection: Upon receiving the parcel from the courier, if there are any visible signs of damage or tampering, we highly recommend that the customer refuses delivery and immediately contacts us at +01244 621704 or via email at customerservices@watchnation.com.
Customer Acceptance: If, for any reason, the customer accepts the parcel despite visible signs of damage or tampering, WatchNation holds no liability for any subsequent damage to the item.
It is essential for the customer to carefully inspect the parcel upon delivery and act accordingly to ensure the best resolution in case of any issues.
Your rights to cancel
Your right to cancel starts from the date of the Order Confirmation (when the contract between us is formed) and ends 30 days later.
If the item have been delivered to you before you decide to cancel your order then you must return the Item to us without undue delay in accordance with our Returns Policy.
If you cancel your order in accordance with this condition, subject to compliance with our Returns Policy, we will refund to you:
- The full price paid for the Item
within 14 days from when you inform us of your decision to cancel the contract or 14 days from the date we receive the Item back from you (whichever comes first).
Our right to cancel
We may cancel an order at any time prior to delivery for any reason. This includes unavailability of stock, we will promptly contact you if this happens.
If we have to cancel an order after you have paid for the Item, we will refund the payment to you.
This also includes any gift with purchase items. We may remove the any gift with purchase from an order. We will contact you if this happens.
Faulty Item
If an Item is faulty within our returns period of 30 days you may return the Item directly to our store, on return we will assess the item if found to be faulty we will offer a replacement or a refund. If the fault occurs passed the 30 day period the item must be returned to the manufacturer’s address set out on your warranty or guarantee manual. Subject to the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, you may be entitled to a replacement of the Item or a refund.
You have legal rights in relation to items that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by your right of return or refund.
Privacy
WatchNation Ltd only store information required to make a purchase and process your order. Your credit card information is NOT stored by us and is always processed across a secure server, using our online payment provider. WatchNation Ltd do not sell or lease any of your personal information.
We will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please take the time to read this policy, as it includes important terms which apply to you.
