The Case:
The Maserati TRAGUARDO R8873612041 is housed in a gold PVD stainless steel case that measures 44mm in width and 11.2mm in depth. The case boasts a black fixed bezel that exhibits a gold tachymeter scale that allows the wearer to measure speed based on time and distance. The walls of the bezel have a coined edge finish. At the 3 o’clock position, you’ll find a knurled screw-down crown bearing the Maserati logo, it is protected by a crown-guard which prevents the crown from being knocked out of place. Flanking this crown on either side are two polished push-buttons, granting the wearer convenient access to the dial’s chronograph functions. The watch benefits from the durability of sapphire crystal glass, shielding it from both scratches and potential shattering. A solid engraved caseback ensures the case is securely sealed.
The Dial:
The black dial boasts a textured finish and is configured with a chronograph layout, meaning it features additional complications to measure and display elapsed time, making it handy for timing events or intervals. This configuration includes three sunbrushed sub-dials positioned at 6, 9 and 12 o’clock, showcasing a 60 second-display, a 30-minute display, and a 24-hour display. Gold baton-style hour markers and dauphine-style hands come with a luminous coating for enhanced nighttime visibility. Additionally, a gold framed date display is positioned at 3 o’clock, besides the Masserati logo.
The Bracelet:
The watch is complemented by a 3-link style gold PVD stainless steel bracelet. The outer links feature a brushed finish, providing a distinctive texture, while the inner links boast a polished surface, adding a touch of sophistication. The bracelet securely fastens around the wrist using a deployment clasp signed with the Maserati logo.
The Functions:

It's important that your watch fits your wrist comfortably and looks great at the same time.
Leather strap watches tend to fit without a problem for most wearers. However, watches fitted with metal bracelets often need adjusting to get the perfect fit.
This is generally a very simple procedure. We can do this for you, or you can get the watch adjusted locally.
Option 1. Specify your wrist measurement and we will adjust it before being sent
When purchasing a watch which has a metal bracelet with adjustable links, we will gladly adjust the watch bracelet to fit your wrist before sending the watch to you - free of charge!
Simply type your wrist measurement (in inches or centimetres) into the bracelet size section of the checkout and we will ensure the watch bracelet is adjusted accordingly before being sent to you. We will include all the surplus links, with the watch.
How to measure your wrist
You can measure your wrist with a piece of string which you can measure against a ruler:
You should allow about half a centimetre (1/4 inch) of slack to prevent it being too tight on your wrist.
In the event of you needing an extra-long wrist bracelet, which requires an extension to the original watch, we must obtain extra links from the manufacturer, and in this event, we will contact you to inform you of any possible delays or applicable charges.
Watches with bracelets adjusted by WatchNation are still eligible under our refund policy.
Option 2. Buy the watch online from WatchNation and have it adjusted locally
If you wish, you can have it adjusted locally by another jeweller or key cutter. However, you will have to cover the cost of this option yourself.
